"6G Futures" mission is to be the centre for excellence for 6G Research in the UK, providing global leadership and ensuring the UK’s position at the forefront of next generation mobile networks research and innovation.
We intend to be a super-hub of cross disciplinary research and innovation on future networks.
VISION
The vision of "6G Futures" is to be an open and inclusive hub encouraging participation and collaboration across UK academia and industry, creating and communicating 6G ambitions in the UK, while also representing the UK in international fora, and leading landmark publications.
"6G Futures" will be supporting the creation of skills for the sector, establishing UK industry and building the SME ecosystem, which will ensure the UK is at the forefront of 6G. It will drive new models of research funding and collaboration, and be the reason to attract inward investment.
